"Eat that frog" by Brian Tracey
Has anyone read this? I was thinking of buying it. Have heard great things about it and was wondering if anyone here has it...?

never heard of it
What's it about? Food? :P
Yeah...
Anticrastination for the French ;)
Well, I'm going to buy it so I can tell you all about it!
Eat that Frog
This probably comes from "You must eat a live frog first thing in the morning (That way you'll know that this is the worst thing that can happen to you)" Obviously this is NOT for the French. The meaning of this is that you should tackle the most difficult task first (one that you avoid). For example, if your goal is to exercise regularly, but you tend to be unable to stick with it, you should exercise in the morning (before going to work).
I know from experience that if I start my day surfing the web, procrastinating and generally indulging myself, that is usually how my whole day will go.
I haven't read the book mentioned, but I've listened to an audio book that mentions "Eat a live frog every morning". I might post a seperate thread on that Audio book, when I get a round to it :P
Cheers
I've had it recommended
But didn't read it because a) it's expensive and b) it basically seems to be telling the message to do the big fat ugly job first, and I've already learned (but don't always practice ;) ) that one. I'd be interested to hear more Milo - maybe you could post a review in the Books thread when you've read it?
