e on Sunday
I made a choice last night to take control of my sleep by staying up as late as I can for a few days and then sleeping as late as I can until my internal clock I feel good today: I stayed up until 5:30 in the morning, fell asleep and woke up at 3 in the afternoon. I am hoping to be able to stay up again until 8 or so tomorrow to move it forward.
I have one big task that I would like to make progress on this week: FAFSA. Otherwise, I would like to finish the application, keep the laundry under control, finish application for fs, and vacuuming.
First, though, I am finishing up putting the ornaments into boxes for the kids to take to the basement. Salmon is marinading, g is steaming snow peas, and the dishes are in good shape.
going to do nowdothis.

Whiteduck Sunday CI
Before I sleep, I intend to:
Clean kitchen
Get clothes ready for next week
Make lasagne
Do a little mending
Negotiate an agreement with myself about the online game I've gotten myself sucked into.
yummy
mmmm, lasagna! here's hoping for you, I know those games suck the life outta me
that does sound yummy
And reminds me it's time to put in my garlic chicken.
And yes, computer games are my biggest procrastination tool. World of Warcraft for a long time, and now Second Life. I have to limit the time I spend playing.

Isabo, 426pm
Yah, I did the kitchen, mopped the floor(which included sweeping and a quick vaccuum) did the rec room floor and stairs, kitty litter and put in two loads of laundry AND got the kids baths started! Today is a good day for me, fairly productive!
On my bad days even though I know it only takes 10 minutes to clean the kitchen, I just can't seem to be able to muster the strength up to get going - and I truly hate that, I hate the guilt that is attached. Today I logged in here, that helped. It also helped the my husband left the house for a bit. I absolutely despise cleaning around him. I hate that he sits there and watches tv and bitches at the kids while I cook and clean. I always have that thought in my mind to try to boost me into cleaning then, so when he comes home I am not cleaning.
Enough of that today...it almost dinner time, and it is pizza night, thank god - kitchen will stay clean for a little while longer!
I will be here tomorrow. So far very positive about this site - and everyones kind words and inspirations...please keep them coming !!
Recycler CI 3:05pm EST
Hi!
Thanks for the threadstarter, movingalong! I am hoping for a Gold Star week! :)
Today I am continuing the project of finishing up at my rental condo, while my friend from another program moves in for a few weeks/months (with permission granted from my landlord, of course!!!)
Yesterday & today I am moving the remaining kitchen items, so he can have empty cabinets, etc to work with. I still have a way to go on that, but 90% is moved. I am moving other boxes, too.
I hope to make 1-2 more moving trips this afternoon. There aren't many actually "valuable" things laying around, but I want to remember to first move any items with sentimental value, or that are fragile, etc.
Will I have as much access to my home computer, with my friend living here? They have their own computer, but I am also trying to give them "alone time" in the rental condo, since I have my own permanent condo across the street. This week I will try to do most of my CI's from work, then I hope in a week or two to have my computer in the new place.
Have a great day, everyone! :)

I'm headed to kitchen next too.
A suggestion, please put your username in the title of your checkin post, so we can keep up with who is checking in!

Hi Isabo, strength and
Hi Isabo,
strength and solidarity to you. Hope you'll check back...
I went through a phase when household stuff was really overwhelming to me. Back then I even fed my cats out of paper plates because I couldn't wash their dishes. I cannot say exactly how I got past that, but I'm very grateful that some of these tasks have gotten lighter for me.
To Chickadee
I am glad things got better for you! Thanks for your support...
Falcon CI Sunday a.m.
Hi pro amigos,
I feel like being totally lazy and lounging around and napping all day. Of course, last week when I was sick, I couldn't wait to be up and active again, and was grumbling about how tired I was of doing nothing but lounging around and napping all day!
To do next: get dressed, brush my teeth, suit up and get outside to see if I can get the snow cleared away on my own. NOT stopping to read a book or take a nap along the way.
Falcon
ETA: O.k. snow is cleared away. Next up: hunt up my ipod, and take my sleepy self out for a walk.
Falcon CI - detour
O.k., slight detour because I noticed the cat snacking on the Christmas greenery. I'm not too fond of regurgitated pine needles, so I took down the greenery, vacuumed up the needles, and also cleaned up all the spots where I left slushy footprints on the floor earlier.
Now going out for that walk.
Falcon
ETA: Went for walk. I'm still not exactly bursting with energy, but I know I needed the exercise and it was good to be outside. The snow on the trees in the park was really pretty.
Next up: Eat some lunch. Call K.
Falcon evening CI
Spent some good time on the phone this afternoon with several friends; it was good to catch up. Also went & got the groceries.
Much to my bummed-ness, the refridgerator is on the fritz. I think the freezer side is cool enough that I can move the fridge food into there for now. But all my frozen food is going to have to be thrown away. . . it's gotten thawed, and I don't know for how long.
Next up: make and eat dinner. Empty dishwasher. Then move fridge stuff and get freezer stuff out. There will be a boatload of containers to empty & clean. Also, make lunches for the next couple of days. Email landlady about the fridge.
Going to go eat now. . .

Falcon Sunday night
Almost everything done. . . just need to finish tidying the kitchen, get some clothes ready for tomorrow, brush teeth, etc. and get to bed.
Good night!

Good morning Moving! Thanks for the cool thread starter.
Arrgghh, yesterday was a busy day but didn't get anything done around the house. My internet connection keeps going out and they guy is supposed to come and fix it today.
My house is a mess . . . when I was on vacation around Christmas the house stayed pretty clean all the time and I miss that. Today will be catching up on housework day!
