Convalaria Monday 2pm
Consequences of previoius misdemanours and procrastination crimes continue. There is a major problem with my reports. Do not know what the outcome will be.
Onwards and keep on liviing!

Sunday check-in from movingalong
This has been an interesting week.
I had some sadness and also some tiny triumphs.
I have started a goals notebook.
I have begun doing some writing for my sponsor in another program.
I've worked on some tasks I've been avoiding.
Acknowledging here that I have much more to do.

Sammy ci :: 1:20pm
Hello Hello!
I'm back from church. The plan for today is to do some dusting and finish decorating the house. My eyes are doing something weird right now...like I'm losing my vision? This just started a few minutes ago, and already i'm having a really tough time reading my computer screen. My mother thinks i'm getting a migraine...which might mean the decorating will have to wait for another weekend.... I can just hope for the best, i guess!
Recycler CI 1pm EST
Hi Pro Buddies!
This morning I moved around items so that I can prep an area for painting. Ate breakfast, took high blood pressure medicine, and did kitchen swishies. Started a load of laundry to wash. Went to mid-morning activity, did 2 errands, and bought groceries. Ate lunch, came over to rental condo & put washed clothes in dryer.
With it still raining outside, I won't take any large items over to the new condo; maybe a few small items in a plastic bag. I'll probably sort through some items at one or both condos. My gym bag is all ready for this week, so I don't need to do that. I need to write an email to at least one friend. Otherwise, just putter around.
Have a great day, everyone! :)

Thank you, gals & guys, for being here! :)
Journey 9:30
good morning! I need to get off my butt and sort laundry and bathe dogs. First I need to call the Evil Slut aka my ex-sister-in-law. Might as well get that over with.

Falcon Sunday CI
Hi all,
Time to regroup and check the list of things I was hoping to get done this weekend:
Not doing too bad! I'm glad that for once I got started early in the week and paced myself, rather than suddenly realizing on Sunday that nothing's done yet.
To do today: Go to class, go to bank, get prescription filled. CALL CAT SITTER. Get ready for tomorrow - take apt. info to work. The big thing for this afternoon/evening is to plan the rest of my Xmas shopping.
It's grey and rainy here. Nice day to curl up & go back to bed for the rest of the day. . . sigh.

Falcon CI Sun. afternoon
Well -- went to class, did the prescription and the bank on the way back, and it took longer than expected.
Next up: make & eat lunch NOW -- quit fiddling around with email, etc. -- I can do that later when I'm not hungry & dehydrated!
Falcon
Falcon CI - called the cat sitter
She wasn't there, so I left a message. But at least I FINALLY remembered to make the call -- don't know why I was having such a hard time remembering!
Time to eat dinner soon. Then I can do some Xmas gift ordering, and maybe do a little paperwork if there's time before bed. Also need to call K tonight.

Falcon CO Sunday
Well, I called K., but decided not to start on the Xmas ordering until I have a chance to check out some shops tomorrow (which means I'll need to do it on Tuesday evening.)
I treated myself to an evening of reading, instead. Didn't start on the paperwork, either, but that's o.k.; I still feel good about the things I got done this weekend, and it was nice to end with a little relaxation time.
Good night!

8:40 (38min) : did MIT 1, unfortunately hated it the whole time.
9:00 (20min) : did more MIT 1 and some other productive things. But i did not like it, not one little bit. Now schedule demands that i do more. i dont like that either.

Thank you HP for getting me thru yesterday. I felt so down, yet somehow managed to get a very difficult, very long task done. I didnt have the strength, but somehow i got started, and then some of my strength returned.

Convalaria trying again, 14.50 , 19.15
Thank you movingalong for the lovely day starter.
The day has not been what i have hoped for so far.
I was hoping that after the crisis I would be able to start a new life in recovery.
The consequences of my previous procrastination will be what they will be. I will handle them with the help of my therapist and my HP.
I have done some major paper desqualaring but nothin else today, and I am still not medicated or dressed.
Never fear! The day is not over yet!
So the goals for the rest of today:
19.15
d**m anxiety!! difficult to keep going....
