New here... don't know where to start
Hey, I'm thankful to have found this site just to know that I am not as messed up as I thought! Procrastination is ruining my career and my reputation and I need serious help. Great to know that there are some tools out there for me. But now that I've found this site, I'm not sure how to navigate it and I'm not sure what my next step is. Is there some information for new people who join this group? Can someone email me and let me know? raven.reimer@gmail.com THANKS!!!!

welcome, Raven
It can be a bit overwhelming at first because there is a lot of great information here, but you have found the right place and people who both identify with your predicament as a procrastinator and won't judge. Spend some time reading the articles, and read others daily check in's as Journey suggested: that is the place to start. The 12 step meeting on Sunday is also a wonderful place where many people find that the 12 step process is the road to daily recovery. There are also great suggestions by other members for professional procrastinator's tools, such as Instant Boss, Do It Now, and many other systems that may help: as they say, take what you like and leave the rest.
welcome!
Welcome Raven
Go to the daily check-in thread (it will be titled with today's date) and start posting! It really helps.
