NEW MEMBERS - PLEASE READ

Dear P.A. Members,

Please help. I'm starting to feel extremely crabby.

1. Please don't post randomly in the forum. Post in the board that makes sense (each board has a header - it's not hard to figure out). And start a new thread if you're introducing yourself. Don't just reply to a random post. This forum software does not have good management tools so I can't easily move messages, and I don't want to have to spend the time to do it, anyway. When you post randomly, you disorganize the forum and make it less useful for everyone.

2. Please don't post in all caps and an extra-large bold font. All-caps in an extra-large bold font is considered extremely loud "shouting" in the online world, and also is hard to read.

3. Please don't post message after message with requests for me to do work on the site. I maintain this site on my own time. Every day I evaluate the requests for membership, keep out spammers, and do other maintenance tasks. I did all the programming on the site, and I pay for the domain registration and hosting. Some people have contributed (and I very much appreciate it), but most don't.

4. Please read the post on how to use the check-in board before you start using the check-in board. Don't post duplicate day starters, and don't post check-ins in the day starter. This causes chaos for everyone on the board, and creates extra work for me.

In short, please be considerate forum citizens. Don't trash the forum for your fellow members, and don't create extra work for me.

Thank you.
