Gwen D check in 2:30 pm: My Messy House and Me

Hello to all,

All I know is I need to start somewhere. I will eat something so I don't faint, put on music, turn the lights on bright, and start in the bathroom.
I'll check in to say whether I've
cleaned bathroom surfaces
bathroom floors
straightened up
done all dishes
got sink bright
swept and mopped kitchen floor
changed sheets
sorted any laundry
taken laundry to washer if needed
straightened up living room
found missing running shoe
called cell phone company and figured out account weirdness
That's enough.

Gwen D check in Mon am: My Messy House and Me

Still have to call cell phone company, deal with laundry, but I seem to have done everything else. Plus a whole bunch more, I think. It was a lot of cleaning.

Okay. Off to work.

journey noon

Visited mom and dad and found the phone. Now to get a nice latte and make a grocery list, then pick up the gift cert and buy groceries.

Oh yeah and add one thing to list:
Check air in tires.

9 am CI for Lark. I'm back!

After some computer problems, including my old laptop not allowing me to log on to this and a couple other sites, I'm happy to be back. There are alot of similarities between this and my 12-step group, and not "going to meetings" here has been pretty bad. I'm a pretty good example of a bad example, and hope to begin re-taking some lost ground soon. This is a disease which often tells us it isn't. I wasn't especially satisfied with where I was a few weeks ago, but I'd be thrilled to be there now.
Today:
 domestic period
 spiritual time
 sort out mess in workshop
make a good start on current work project (ONLY)
 make hair appt.
help my friend Gerry with his home task
work an hour outside my house
 go to 12 step meeting
Thanks everyone, and have a good day.
