Let us beat the procrastination beast

pro's CI - 11:40pm

I'm ready for bed, but now my problem is that I don't want to put on my jammies because I don't want to talk anything off because it's 61 degrees in my apartment and I'm freezing. I guess if I do it fast...

I have problems with the heat in my apartment all winter long. I've been complaining about it for 26 years, but they never do anything. Sometimes I give in and run a space heater, but that costs a fortune. I may do it now because if the heat isn't on now (it's not), it won't come on in the day time when it's warmer out (but just as cold in here), and I can't live in here like this.

Edge's Closing CI

I'm too sleepy :-( Curse our mortal shortcomings! But even though Time works against me, I shall still manage to finish everything! Just not tonight :-p

Goodnight, everyone ;-)

Good morning, everyone! I love your thread starters, Edge - thanks!

I'm already dressed and ready to go - not quite a miracle because I have someplace to be. I'm just logging on to say hi.

Edge's CI - 9:09PM

It's already 9pm - stayed back at work to finish up a few things and to make up for coming in late this morning - but I'm going to finish the leftover bits from yesterday's chapters. My test is this Friday, so I really don't have the luxury of shirking off studying. Today was generally good, though, so I'm feeling about tonight :-)

Hope everyone is doing well :-) Don't let minor setbacks bring you down!

test

good luck on your test, edge. Also, it is a great comfort to have someone else on this site from the same time zone: I don't feel like the only one in this hemisphere who procrastinates!

Lol, thanks Elisaveth

And I know what you mean! For some reason starting your day when everyone else is ending theirs kind of puts a damper on things, you know? Ah well :-) It's nice to have someone else to share the insanity with
