my 3h30 day
ok let's start this day at 21h30 after 15h30 of doing nothing and use this board to work the following new goal :
as the ways the subconcious monster use to strip me from work or going to work are very limited, I've asked mysefl how I can use this (old) finding ? Solution : each time I overcome and class one of this work-fall I will give me one third of a euro; each 50e I will go spend it in town at evening. So my goal this evening is to continue to clean the appartment (started pfff.... one month ago ??) as a test task, sure I will have at least 5 euros left at 23h30 ! (with the lenght of this msg you all bastards are laughing at me guessing I was already plainly procrastinate on this new brillant idea) SO GO RUN N-O-W
23h30 have finishined
23h30 have finishined ironing, cleaned 4m2 and earned 3,66e on these categories of thoughts distractions : web boards, anger fantasies, auto-guilting, objects/hackings attention, pc screen (p2p etc.), food/drinks, timer restarting post-poning, virtuals discussions, watch (end work cycle) thinking
so quite good success and will see me here tomorow
argh was tuesday, actually
argh was tuesday, actually wednesday 6h30, already earn 0.66e on 2 new categories : empty standby, other projects thinking
today program is cleaning 2-3 cycles then mail 3-4cycles then retreat immersion with robbins's tapes (getting the edge) for at least one week 15h/day, then mental state will be under control, then go to GTD paradise ! yo run now
Bedtime
My goal to end the night is to be in bed by 12:45. I've been shooting for 1 am and then it ends up being 1:30 so I'm going to aim for a little sooner. Good night everyone!
pro's evening check-in (time for bedtime routine!)
Okey-dokey - time to get off my duff and do the evening thing I always put off (teeth, shower, pick up apartment, wash dishes).

It sounds like you had a good day. Also, I agree with Pro-I love this picture! Looking at it should inspire me to get to bed on time (:
Thanks, Julie :-D
It was a productive day :-) I'd been putting off making that call and emailing my friend since forever! Hope you had a good sleep ;-)

what a great picture!
This picture is beyond cute. You keep posting these amazing pics and pretty soon I'll just have to get around to uploading them to our collection. Maybe I'll do it this weekend.

I'm going to start with the people-related tasks, because they're such a bother to deal with. Will be smooth-sailing after that 8-)

That should be plenty to keep me busy for a while!
Take it one step at a time
Hey Scarlett :-) Being behind schedule is pretty much my thing this past week :-p I'm covering for a sick colleague and I'm training a new recruit, so that pretty much spells disaster for my plans of meeting my deadlines. It's very easy to fall into a panic/feel growing anxiety.
From my experience, I've found that letting the anxiety go and just focusing on one thing at a time is the best policy - that way you actually finish things, because the alternative (in my case, anyway) is trying to multi-task a million things in a rush and ending up making very little progress in all areas.
Measured apathy is key to letting go of crippling dread.
Hope everything goes smoothly.

Just back from walk and have letter from bank which has received money from Mum's estate. I feel very emotional and need some time to rest and think.
