Brand New & Hopeful

I luckily just stumbled on this website and I think I've found a kindred group. As far as addictions are concerned, procrastination is by far the one that has dealt the most devastating impact on my life. I have read several of the posts & decided to join. One question: Are there any suggestions for someone new to this website & new to the concept of looking at their procrastination as a compulsive problem? I'm open to any suggestions I can get.

Also, as of right now, I plan todo:
fold clothes
file papers
vacuum
hem pants

Rexroth 16.15 BST

This has been a strange day. Woke and decided to finish letters first and I've just done this and almost nothing else, no prayer even. Letters were detailed and 2000 works long in total. It's past four in the afternoon. I just felt I had to get it done. Anyway it is done and I need to reflect on my behaviour. Also its cold 8 degrees C. So todo:

prayer reflection meditation
journal
out to shop as need fruit and veg and I have to wait for delivery tomorrow
eat supper
bath and wash hair
I feel muddled

Relevance of temperature is that I have no heating so I am wrapped up as though I were climbing a mountain. Also spent some time in bed just getting warm. Anyway muddled no longer.

Todo
prayer and meditation
bed and sleep
