Trying to get a handle on this depression and GET SOMETHING DONE! To that end, I will 1) listen to NPR while I work, 2) watch old "House" episodes on the PC while I fold clothes 3) try to connect with at least one other person having similar difficulties

Good morning everyone. There are a few things (projects) I've been putting off finishing, and now everything is coming is coming to a head this month, so I could use some positive thoughts. Among regular things, one could be finished by Monday (relief). To do: (X)morning routine (X)sort clothes for laundry and putting away. contact client and finish our business mow lawn (really) clean workshop fill bag of items to donate (X)check in later
Woke 4.30am with a lot on my mind and couldn't get back to sleep so spent the time working on my psychological issues and writing about them. I'll be tired later but I would have been anyway.

up prayer reflection meditation
deal with phone messages emails post
prepare and go out to craft show
whatever happens at craft show (who I meet what there is to do)
buy some fruit and veg
home uncertain when
and then...
I'm home and it was hard work at the show where I met people and learned a lot and not what I expected to learn. Which is further evidence that I don't control the universe.
