deal with emails post phone messages
clear up a bit
take it easy I didn't feel great
phone friend
go over and see friend talk, walk, tea out, walk, tea in, out again to pub, drink and eat and talk, and home
check emails and phone messages (why hasn't she phoned? 'she' being the woman I'm not really attracted to...'
