Was doing well on yesterday's list, when I injured my hand while working. Argh! I spent hours at the hospital, and now am on "light duty" for a week. It also hurts! This means a modification of my work schedule--and I'll probably get all my house cleaning done well next week, by default.
Today:

do my banking, post office, etc.
go with other client to give business plan
house work
inform other client about delay

Well I'm getting on. My place was a mess and I had not realised it until I started to tidy up. Now its much cleaner and better organised. Think that after I say the psychologist on Wednesday I felt a bit confused and muddled and my flat followed.
