Brushed and flossed finally after not doing that all day. It gave me a sense of peace. I would like to journal. I don't know why I avoided doing something that would make me feel good, if only because I wanted to have yet one more piece of food, could not imagine sticking something in my mouth after flossing & brushing, and didn't want to take the time away from eating from the fear of fainting from exhaustion and hunger. I'm going to do a daily review.
