Today's List

Hi all, I"ve not been in this room for a while, however, I remember how helpful it was in the past, and I need to find direction again in my days... ( been getting lost in netflicks series ) 

Today; 

breakfast toast - 

Garden ; move the planters and establish the seedlings into the herb beds

Social media;  two posts for my retreat space

communication;  Talk with other members about a yoga class before brunch

Self care; Draw a picture about family ties

Spiritual practices;  Chanting before lunch and dinner join online group

Study; read some articles from this site on procrastination and recovery

Finances;  Open the spreadsheets and see how far off I am from submitting the 2022/23 Taxes. 

Reward;  Hot bath on the deck this evening ( it's been raining ) and/or go out to see a movie this evening .
