Happy Sunday -to do

Hi! I had been trying to push myself to check in, since this morning.  I'm really glad I finally showed up.  I look forward to the day when the tiniest commitment no longer makes me feel physically ill. Showing up does help, so thank you for being here PA. I spent the day panicking about undone stuff, instead chipping away at it.  I will only commit to a few things tonight, as I gave myself a migraine over it and will commit to coming back tomorrow.

1. all wash away-did it

2. charger-done

3. call back D-done

4. make a priority list for this week-at least start it.-started

5 trash out-did it
