Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
This romantic obsession is just a way to procrastinate; I was procrastinating when I was with him. Although the way he left was atrocious and indefensible, I want to make decisions in relationships from a place of strength and responsibility. If he had wanted & were able to be in my life, he would be, it's that simple. I want an adult relationship where the other person discusses their concern straightforwardly and does not enter into a commitment without being willing to communicate issues, has trust in me and a 1000 other things I'm not writing here. Part of wanting something healthy could be aided by being in a strong place myself. So I'm going to focus on what matters & what I have the power to change, this work. Whatever I can do is worth it. I'm going to avoid media unrelated to work, until I have eight hours on the clock for today. Exceptions can include: media used for exercise, goal list review, ordering food. I know I may not be able to do everything, but at least I'll know I'm doing the right thing. I'm hoping to at least do this until I have my meeting with my boss (AR).

Right now, I'm focusing on my routine: brush/floss teeth, breakfast, vitamins.
I'm not feeling well, but going to continue with brushing and flossing after finishing my tea.
