I need to do what I can with the time I have left.  From now on, on nights before I go to work (Monday through Friday at 12am), I am going to sleep at 12am (setting a timer so I'm aware of it), so that I wake up at a reasonable hour.  The only exceptions to this rule are: work, some item of my sleep routine (showering or brushing/flossing my teeth), attending a twelve-step meeting or checking in on a task.  

(1:31am)  I've been lying down for a bit.  The alarm went off while I was eating my soybeans.  So I couldn't very well stop that moment. But finished it off.  I'm going to brush and floss now.
