    1. readings for today and make brief notes
    2. TR and anty severity scale -- record 
    3. pilates for even 1 minute
    4. walk to and from post office again during bright daylight hours
    5. appt at 12:10

    1. Join PA groups for checkins/bookending DONE 
    2. Do a trial reflection from Wednesday night's educational seminar on reflection doc and send to Lenia
      1. Integrate photos from phone educational sessions into docs on my laptop NON URGENT BUT DO SOON 
    3. Write out a script that i would use wiith KPT
    4. read GCP document from CMG
    5. Send the certs to Alison in DA office
