4:30 - 5:30 -run, go to SDM (done)

7:30 - 8:30 - mark listening, email (done)

8:30 - 9:30 - Wayne essay (done)

9:30 - 11 - prepare for Thursday

starting again

Hi, 

Here I am again, after a long sojourn with Covid and grief processing.   My lovely biz closed and I spent months comforting my self, my mum and supporting my sisters after Dad's departing funeral. 

Just finally got home, from 4 months of lockdown and not being entitled to cross Australian state boarders.  

Now that all of this is in the past it's time to begin rebuilding a new biz, and getting on with daily lists of things I need to do to forge ahead (once again). 

Here's the list for today .. 

√gardening (one hour) 

√attend my home group zoom meeting (1 hour)

√ pay my tax installment (20 mins)

•preparing for the meeting tomorrow with my biz coach to  (discuss a monkey survey, live posts on social media, payment method from my web site).  (one hour)

• research for tomorrows post on social media ( one hour) 

• research my industry ( 5 web sites) (one hour half)

•book in (email, FB message or text) interviews with others in my industry ( 5 interviews) ( one hour)

* yoga (30 mins)

* Kaoshikii ( 5 mins)

√ kiirtana and meditation ( one hour)

Total  7 hours 25 mins 

I'll be finished by 8pm tonight.
