pro's last check-in - 9:50pm
I filed something important just before the deadline (today was the last day). It would have cost me $250 more if I was late (as I was last time). So that's good.
And I'm ready for bed. That's good, too!
Tomorrow I'm working from home because I have two doctors appointments, so I'm not going to set my alarm. Another thing to be happy about.

pro's check-in - 9:10pm
My first check-in. Mainly I'm here to get myself to get ready for bed - not procrastinate on that. I'm tired and should go to bed early. But my tiredness (ironically) causes me to procrastinate on what I need to do before going to sleep.

I'm dozing at my desk. I need to brush my teeth and go to bed!

Monica's CI - 11:45am EST
The kids and I slept in today since schools are closed due to snow. I've been in bed talking to girlfriends on the phone most of the morning. It's so cold in our house, I hate to get out of the covers. Not sure I will get much done today. But with my laptop, I can at least update my calender and start my devotional time, all from my nice warm bed.

Monica's Wednesday FCI
I never did get to my devotional time. My husband and I spent the whole day shopping for a new refrigerator. We've been without one for over a week. I am so sick of fast food, I could scream. We tried to get our frig repaired but kept getting the run around. Finally we decided to just get a new one. We went to 4 different stores before we finally purchased one from sears. After running around all day, I went to the store and bought soup, bread and cheese. We had grill cheese and soup for dinner. After that I watched a little TV and went to bed.

We now have plugs and chains for the bath, wash basin and my kitchen sink. Progress not perfection. Landlords are moving slowly and it's taking more of my energy than I would like.
