Gwen D First Checkin In 5 PM :(

Hi all,

There are things to do. I should try.
I have to go across town to pick up meds That means I have to dress up and clean up a little That probably means I should eat something, since I havent' all day. It was a gorgeous warm day today and after my brief exercise outdoors this morning, i went inside and watched a slightly horrifying film while I half heartedly tried to do some filing. I feel physically just terrific. Well, no, I worked a 12 hour day yesterday. But I was in an okay mood this morning. Why did I ruin my day by getting so off track? 
I want to check in later and tell you all (and myself) that I've done what I need to do. I am going to try to redeem this day and get moving before the sun goes down. Gnothi Seauton ~ Know Thyself
