Trying to make yet another new start to mark the summer solstice. I have a huge backlog of all sorts of things that just seems to keep growing. I'm going to have to be realistic about what I can do, and be gentle with myself.

3:45 - 5:30 - walk, shop
5:30 - 7 dishes, recycling, dinner
8 - 9 - sister's
9 - 11 - finish intake
