I'm really annoyed with myself for losing my oomph.
What I really need to do right now is step work.

4:30 - 6 - run, dinner [x]
6 - 8 - DZ marks [x]
8 - 10 - K - marks [x]
10 - 12 - J L5 marks - do tomorrow evening

[ ] review notes from yesterday's meeting
[ ] email Suzanne

[ ] action emails
[ ] action minilist (11 to go)

[ ] gardening/exercise/taichi

[x] lace/knitting/embroidery
