I really want to look up an explanation for some news story I alighted upon, but I'm not going to do it, staying true to my focus of only doing work-related or physical self-care until 7:30pm.  That said I know the soonest way to exit this headache is exercise, so going to focus on getting their ASAP.  Easy ways to work my habits:

* Brush and floss my teeth at 10pm.  Even if not going to bed at that time, make a commitment to just not eat after 10pm.

* Nothing besides PA, work-related things on my work computer and physical self-care before 7:30pm on Monday through Friday (work days).  Doctor's appointments and getting a meal to-go are okay.  I do not use PA to procrastinate during the work day.

* Ideally I want to wake up at 6am, and do my routine: brushing and flossing my teeth, breakfast, vitamins, exercise.  For me, exericise: slowly walking to do the steps, cardio 10 X2, squats, calf stretches.

3. Print answers to 3 and 5 inferences. (done)

4. Make up reading test. (done)

6. 3 - 4:30 - Run and bank (ran, will go to the bank tomorrow)

7. 4:30 - 6 - Print week 6. (done) Start on Day 1 (Wed.)

8. 6:00 - 7 - Dinner & relax (done)

9. 7- 8:30 Day 1 & Day 2, week 6 (Wed.) 

10. Prepare for Wednesday. (done)

10. 8:30 - 10 - Warning letters (wed.)
