I'm strangely fine.  Totallyy forgot about Friday.  Probably b/c of exercise and a bunch of other things.  Anyways my tooth is hurting, so priority is to start brushing my teeth with little delay.

* salad first

* work for today, so I can have a status update

* brushing and flossing my teeth

* courses that my company is assigning me

* doing a chart of my hours for the month of October on different tickets.

I just want to do this work in little bursts.   I'm going to go twenty minutes at a time, starting with doing a dental routine.
