The emotional sobriety of doing, rather than the anaesthetization required from not doing.

I fell off the wagon Sunday. As a matter of fact I've been procrastinating since last Wednesday. I'm thinking of changing my check-in format. Instead of listing todo items, I'm thinking of only listing my frogs (the things for which I'm currently struggling). The plan is to take my frogs, break them down to the smallest doable steps, then check those steps off as completed.

Hypatia's check-in

I was very pleased with the effect of my first check-in.  I managed to get over the initial barrier to sorting out the accounts.  Here goes for Day 2

Update: this is where I discover I've been happily entering my checklist on the wrong day - this should be Monday!  I'll get it right tomorrow.
