I had a productive day yesterday and I think bookending helped. To that end:
Today: the Frog is to file updated unemployment information.
to cook with the ingredients I have defrosted .
To do PT
I already have accomplished working three clients visits. and a healthy breakfast. Lunch was not healthy, but that is in the past. Good choices are available to me going forward.
A start to list for today

[ ] Take dogs for a walk as soon as possible
[ ] attempt some meditation while walking

[ ] Catch up my habit lists
[ ] Start my daily file for today
