Thanks for the starter jalla, helped calm me down when I saw it. I've regressed into being completely dysfunctional. Haven't been doing anything productive and hating myself for it, especially when I see my master to-do list lengthening with items that are time sensitive.

X shower and breakfast

X tell mom about extension (if approved)
X cancel friends outing
- resched car for next sat
X finish sis CV
- clean mom's apartment

X 3:30pm - work meeting
X finish and send gamification writeup
- clean my apartment
