Gorgeous weather today and just want to be outside gardening! Imagine how much more I will enjoy the guilt-free reward of gardening once I have moved forward also with work.
OK: today I will stick to the plan agreed with A yesterday. It is indeed more realistic. Keep going for a few more days! You ARE progressing. Maybe I can enjoy this!
got up early, watched a tv prog while eating breakfast (somehow less distracting than my phone?) Only just sitting down to work, but that's not too bad.
Today I have already:
Got up instead of trying to go back to sleep
had breakfast
had a shower
put washing on
put sheets back on bed
did a little sorting for work
filled up seed feeder
Went to my appointment
Today I will:
Do SD work and stay focussed. Just get as much done as you can. done 5 x 25 min pom
