OK, I'm on a serious procrastination binge, so I need to set step-by-step goals to get me back

Main task for the day is to finish my synchrony spreadsheet. That should take me about 1.5 hours. If I can get that done, that's a big success! (Took more like 2 hrs, but that's actually pretty close, time-est. wise)

Next task for the day is to check plugs. That should take about 15 min.

Next task is to make a grocery list. That should take about 15 min.

Next task is to go grocery shopping (on my way home, and I can go either to star or stop-and-shop, whichever is feeling more manageable.) Shopping + commute time should take about 2 hrs, getting me home around 8:30(working on this now. revised estimate is 9:00, but maybe I can get home faster)

Next task is to make and eat a healthy dinner, which should take about an hour.

Next task is to update my to-dos. This should take about an hour and a half. I need to:
Update rtm with all upcoming tasks
Re-write set of ~20 tasks to be working on over the next month
Pick to-dos for tomorrow
Figure out durations, priorities, and first action for each
Write done.

Then I need to work on finances. This should take about 1.5 hours. I will:
Finish entering receipts
Go through cc1
Go thorugh cc2.

marcelor's Sunday

Wishing for productive work and guilt-free play after that. Believe that if I keep writing whole sentences (one at a time!), the document will come together. Solidarity to all fellow sufferers!

Sunday afternoon for Lark

A deep freeze and storm are due here Tuesday, same morning as my dr's. appointment. I need to start preparation.
1. check on emergency fuel and food
2. seal edges on storm windows
3. kitty box
4. seal stairway with plastic sheet
5. clean kitchen
6. clean bathroom
7. get papers and questions ready for dr.

Ugh!  "Hold captive every thought" ok, so, instead, I say "Happy New Year!"  I will be ok! I can endure anything with a little help from my friends, and a power greater than myself! Fear isjust false evidence appearing real...it's not real! It's in my head! To combat those fears, just for today, I will:

finish kitchen

sort paperwork

lesson plan

plan dinner

grocery list: home & school

litter boxes

shower

grocery shop

rules/behaviors

outfit/food for tomorrow

in bed at 9!

Ready or not, God please help me, here I go!

"We aren't alone. And we don't have to do it ourselves. We're not doing it ourselves. There is no shortage of love. Not anymore.

Today, God, help me let go of my need to do it alone and my belief that
I am alone. Help me tap into Your Divine Power and Presence, and your
resources for love, support, and friendship. Open my eyes and heart so I
can see the love, help, and support that's there for me."
