Procrastination on the rise?
According to a recent study, procrastination is on the rise among Americans. One reason cited is easy temptation - computer games, web surfing, and such. The study's author disagrees that perfectionism and procrastination go together. I'm not sure I agree.

Thanks for posting this link. That's a fascinating article! I'm not sure I agree with the comment about perfectionism either, but the main result that temptation is the biggest factor in procrastination is an eye opener for me. I also loved this quote:

I can confirm from personal experience that it's easier to stop drinking alcohol or using drugs than to stop procrastinating.
