hi all. I am teetering on the edge right now.
today i need to focus on 1 thing, this project I have already been paid for. multi tasking doesn't work for me even though it seems appealing.

15. Warm up and eat dinner

I've decided to start making my plan the night before so I can meditate calmly in the morning and have the plan organised.
thanks for setting today's forum up and for the "progress not perfectio" just what I needed to remember
for Thursday, I will get up at 6, shower get ready. Then meditate for 30 minutes.
I will go for breakfast at 7:30 and be in the office by 8:10
I will work on the Mali report chapter by chapter in 15 minute blocks and finish chapter 2 by tomorrow.
I will get in touch with Mike about tomorrows meetings
I will go to the bank at lunch time.
I will go to the meeting at 6:30 if nt come home for skype meeting.
