Salamander's Focus on Fitness
You may already have seen that I started to focus on my need to become fitter by supporting EleanorBE in her own weight loss/fitness project. I have quickly realised that I am the type of person to check in more frequently and probably also to use a lot more words than EleanorBE has so far done. I just don't want my wordy posts to swamp her thread and her own fitness/weight loss project so I decided to start a separate thread to avoid that.
So far I have failed to get to the gym today, despite making incomplete plans to get there. I have decided against making another try tomorrow because I have a meeting at lunchtime which I am unable to reschedule and because my gym membership is an Early Bird one, I have to be there before 1600, and I can't guarantee that.
Wednesday, on the other hand, is a better choice. I have nothing scheduled until 1500 so as long as I could get to the gym by 1300 I would have time for some kind of workout. I am going to focus on my routine in the evening/before bed, and my morning routine. I think I know where I made my mistakes. So I'll be back here on Wednesday with the next instalment!
