19. Be aware of end of day bedtime procrastination before when I should go turn in for the night, to push through my demand resistance at going to sleep, and be in bed by midnight for a deserved night's rest. Affirm to myself that I am worthy of good self care and repose. Be extra vigilant as I've been slipping badly recently, and practically love myself enough to do this. Pop into Chatbox checking around 11:45pm tonight if I feel I am slipping.

Mole's check-in

A late check-in. Happily this is because mornings are turning out to be quite self- disciplined, which makes me think that a work ritual is essential to me as are props like timers, and short bursts with identified objectives. The difficulty I am having is trying to translate the rest of my life - all the messy bits and pieces and the large projects into some similar repetitive routine so I am not always stiopping to make decisions, horrible things that they are.

Plus the colour

Oh dear, I tried to follow Lavida's example here with a colourful Good Morning but all that came out was this pallid little square.

Never mind, Mole. We still
