Reporting, fri mar 2, AllOfTheAbove.

He. Hey. Yes, here again doing what feels good not inmediately, but later and better... way, way better. No comparison.

Haven't reported since maybe 5 days. But I've been busy with the Pomodoro technique working. This is... ... ... ... the best. This forum, the Pomodoros and what is happening to me for working hard (WOW, I can't believe I'm writing this, I hope not to overreact for I could... no, keep on with it, come on, no fear to take seriously.)

I'm starting with a job that I love.

I'm doing projects I have postponed for years.

Rest when I'm tired of doing.

Thank you all the involved.

Fear is only a thought and as a thought you can ignore it.

@ "AllOfTheAbove" -- congrats!

Congratulations on doing long-postponed projects!

Hi, All--

I'm thankful for the good fellowship and helpfulness of this site and all who come here--may your day go well!

I want to feel better about how I use my time, today, than how I used it yesterday. So:

I choose accomplishment in reality over escape, today, particularly in these ways:

* I choose to postpone doing any online puzzles or playing any online games until between 21:30 and 22:00--I know that doing even one, before that, is one too many, because one almost never feels like enough.
* I choose to do my non-fiction listening only before 22:00, and
only during chores or exercise or travel before 18:00.
* I choose to do my fiction listening only between 18:00 and 22:00 and during chores or exercise or travel or project progress.
* I choose to read fiction by eye only after the evening's date and before 22:00.
* I choose to experience silence after 22:00. I encourage myself to be in bed by midnight, even if the lights aren't out. I want to feel rested and energetic when I wake up, tomorrow! I want to enjoy at least three hours of morning!

"Happiness is permanent. It is always there.

What comes and goes is unhappiness.
If you identify with what comes and goes,
you will be unhappy. If you identify with
what is permanent and always there,
you are happiness itself."

~ Poonjaji

We were born to be happy. Then we add
on top of that condition worries, fears, beliefs,
and dark visions born of passivity. We create
a burden.

If we want to find what's really at the heart of
things (happiness) we've only to laugh, dance or
sing....OR: work at one single purposeful piece
of work long enough (without distraction) until the light shines.
