Finding a way check in

Tuesday 9.55 am

Today is a public holiday here so I am taking some time out to do a bushwalk (hike) with my husband. Beautiful spring weather here.

Worked after dinner last night and have my tax details ready to take to the accountant tomorrow - pleased that is done. But still have an impressive list of stuff to get done before going to Melbourne tomorrow (sigh!). I have an hour now before we go walking, so need to tackle the new quote (uggh), as I can tell it's the hardest on my list.

Happy Halloween!

So I talked to one of my professors just now about getting an "incomplete" for the couple of labs I have missed. I feel SO much better. This is not ideal, as it is putting it off, but now I can focus on what is due NOW and putting a stop to the pile up. For ONE class at least.

Gazillions to do this evening
-Metal reading
-Metal questions
-Song analysis
-BIG HUGE IMPOSSIBLE LAB REPORT :(
-Take Connor out in his costume :)

Journey 10 am

Ah, Monday.   Running a bit late this morning after working over the weekend, and feeling quite tired.   I worked until 2 am Saturday, got to bed about 3 and got up at 9 to drive to the other side of town and switch cars with my daughter (and spend the day with her!) .  I'll make today a short day - they'll probably send us home early because it's Halloween anyway, and most people will want to do the trick-or-treating thing.  I could use a day off but not this week because I'm getting ready for production install of Big Project.   Next week I will take a day off for sure though!

Making todo list, then I can have coffee.   Then I'll do the agenda for the noon meeting and print it out.  After that, we'll see how much time I have before the meeting.

Have a productive and enjoyable day everyone!

Jo

The review took a little longer than I thought, but it's OK. Laughing. Now I have to schedule a taxi to take me to school. It will pick me up around 5:20, giving me 40 minutes to get to class, and hopefully pass this exam. After this, I can enjoy the rest of the day. My cram for Economics will start tomorrow. See you then! (I know my posts are a little excessive... I apologize in advance if it is cloggung up the thread).

Welcome jacob!

Sorry I did not get around to welcoming you in the chat box today. Maybe will see you there another time? Smile

All the best with your test.
