Show up (done)

good progress did 3 out of 4 items - what was due, hope to continue to do things that will help me have a new way of life. that can work for me. baby steps.

I am always amazed at how much I get back with the minimum effort of showing up. Only something with power higher than my own could do this.Thanks for being here.

Late again today, alarm did not go off as I hadn't set it properly. Also dawdling through breakfast and shower, feeling anxious again.

Will fix up my lists and get started, using chat box if stuck.

After AM phone call, feeling shame, etc. , those things that lead to paralysis for me. Grateful for PA as one step above isolation and hope for hoplessness (for me). Use my "next 3 things" list and check in later. Thanks for neing here.

Where is everybody today!

I have a real busy day, I'm behind this week b/c I had a hard time focusing on Mon and Tues and then had to stay home yesterday waiting for the verizon people.

OK, so here's what I need to do today:
*Put together images for research prog. update
*Email MK to bug
*Prep ROL
*Email about e-cad
*Email McCarrey
*Expt corrs (got about halfway through this)
*Work on going through BoR (have made some progress on this, but it's a really big task)
*Text re: mtg

OK, I'm going tostart by working on BoR. Then, after lunch, I'll email MK and put together images.
I have a mtg w/ my adviser at 3 (actually, no I don't, that was tomorrow)
After mtg, I can do the in-lab stuff: collect, expt corrs, prep ROL.
Then, I'll try to get home at a reasonable hour.
When I get home, I can text and email

To the library now!
