Thus far I've got. I nearly fainted in one of the shops and they brought me a chair. I feel embarassed etc. Home and a glass (well actually two of brandy) food and bed where I have been till now.
I have things to do and don't know what to do. At the moment I feel rough.
I nearly fainted but not quite. Felt weak and someone sat me down on a chair with head between knees. Does not match my image of myself trekking over the hills. Think it was a combination of bronchitis, recovery from food poisening and dentist visit.
Later this afternoon I got up and tidyied a bit and wrote my journal.
Now prayers and bed. Am seeing dentist again on Friday and if I'm not getting better by next Monday will see Dr.

I haven't been sleeping that well. I woke up at 4:30am and couldn't go back to sleep. Then I kept waking up every hour. I stayed in bed because I haven't been sleeping much lately and I think I need the sleep - especially since I was sick so recently. I ended up getting at 9am - pretty late. So now I need to really get moving!
I'm going to try to start checking in earlier in the hopes that it will get me on the right track.
All right, here we go. The mantra for today is "non-attachment to results."

- processed inbox (this took an hour and a half because I actioned quite a few, as you can see above, and did a little CUOP in between)
- submited September taxes (5 mins)
- ALL my filing (20 mins)
- create past client files and re-org current client files (10 mins - ha ha - I think I was kidding myself as to how many clients I have had!!!)
- rang insurance guy (10 mins)
- print out AM form (5 mins)
- add to Big List (10 mins)
- break for lunch @ 12:10 for 30 mins
- daytime routine (30 mins)
* sweep floors, tidy hotspots, reboot laundry, prepare bathroom
- rang mum back (20 mins)

- talked to a potential client that called (she's calling the other organiser in my city next - hope she picks me...she's shopping around. At least we charge the same and I'm only 5 minutes from her - fingers crossed!)
- went to council to check on display (that was what made me most miserable, noone had taken any interest at all)
- distributed flyer (I got sidetracked in a clothes shop and tried on a dress that looked great on the hanger and stupid on me. Was trying to get on side with the owner so she'd put up my flyer, but I had already got her agreement so didn't need to go that extra mile of sucking up)
- relaxed and enjoyed some extremely rare peace and quiet (only for 20 minutes because I got home so late)
- got dinner ready for DS (DD will be at DMIL's tonight)
- tidied office, checked in and planned evening
- DS dinner, bath, book, bed
- dinner for DH and I (DH went and got takeaway)
- dishes and shined sink
Still to do this evening:
- evening routine (wash face, brush & floss, lay out clothes..I have a deep desire to wear something a bit 'out there' to work tomorrow for some reason.... }:))

I'm taking the rest of the evening off. I am going to do my evening routine now, then head to bed @ 9:30 to watch Survivor.
I have:
- got up & made bed
- dressed and fed kids and saw them off
- do morning routine
* shower, hair, makeup, dress, breaky
* washing on, swish'n'swipe
- tidy desk (10 mins)
- wrote in card, addressed & stamped it (birthday card for friend)
- called potential client to see if he received the info I sent
- entered some details into ACT!
- rang the kindergarten to talk about pre-entry for DD
- processed inbox (this took an hour and a half because I actioned quite a few, as you can see above, and did a little CUOP in between)
- submited September taxes (5 mins)
- ALL my filing (20 mins)
- create past client files and re-org current client files (10 mins - ha ha - I think I was kidding myself as to how many clients I have had!!!)
- rang insurance guy (10 mins)
- print out AM form (5 mins)
- add to Big List (10 mins)
- break for lunch @ 12:10 for 30 mins
- daytime routine (30 mins)
* sweep floors, tidy hotspots, reboot laundry, prepare bathroom
- rang mum back (20 mins)
- made list of places to put new flyer (10m)
- wasted nearly an hour on the net (oops!)
- talked to a potential client that called (she's calling the other organiser in my city next - hope she picks me...she's shopping around. At least we charge the same and I'm only 5 minutes from her - fingers crossed!)
- went to council to check on display (that was what made me most miserable, noone had taken any interest at all)
- distributed flyer (I got sidetracked in a clothes shop and tried on a dress that looked great on the hanger and stupid on me. Was trying to get on side with the owner so she'd put up my flyer, but I had already got her agreement so didn't need to go that extra mile of sucking up)
- relaxed and enjoyed some extremely rare peace and quiet (only for 20 minutes because I got home so late)
- got dinner ready for DS (DD will be at DMIL's tonight)
- tidied office, checked in and planned evening
- DS dinner, bath, book, bed
- dinner for DH and I (DH went and got takeaway)
- dishes and shined sink
Still to do this evening:
- evening routine (wash face, brush & floss, lay out clothes..I have a deep desire to wear something a bit 'out there' to work tomorrow for some reason.... }:))
- tidy up the bedroom a bit before getting into bed (it looks like a closet threw up on the bed ;))
Not doing anymore:
- go and pick up DS (DH said it's okay - he'll do it)
- spend 1 hr on big presentation (can't fit it in - will have to do some tomorrow night)
- check on T-shirt colours and decide (ran out of time)
- develop weekend schedule (too tired tonight - DS is waking up at a sparrow's fart these days, 4:40am for a howl for 10 minutes then up for good at 5:45 this morning. Urrggh....)

I was just skimming through your post, Milo, and I had to stop and scroll back up because I thought for a moment that your bedtime routine included "brush and floss nose." :jawdrop: (That's a pretty good example of why skimming has its drawbacks! :P )
