This is the 82nd day that I have followed through with the following:

  • 90 days away from dating sites and facebook
  • 90 days of not stalking people's profiles of people I've tried to date in the past
  • 90 days of not stalking people online that I've tried to date in
    the past. (I am now back on day 45 for this).
  • No Internet chat, aside from employment or twelve-step.  This
    includes not stalking people on AIM or other chat networks, whom I've
    tried to date in the past. (I'm on day 10
    of this.)
  • 56 days of exercise: on day 1 of this.

Tired...lots of tax prep work today, then I had prayer time and took a break

I want to take pictures of slides and work on wc project. And go to friend's practice talk.

Wow April 9th!

So I did NOT get done as much stuff as I would have liked yesterday, but not I am not quite so sleep deprived, so that's good?

Things to do-
-Vitamins & #1 #2 #3
-#1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 #9
-Everything from yesterday
-Email math prof
-Go to health food store (uncharted territory)
-Enjoy some of the nice weather with the baby
-Read 1-1,1-2,1-3 for bio
-Write addresses on thank you notes

There is much else I could do that would help me move in the direction I want to go and I feel so very inhibited.

Finding it a difficuilt day. I feel much better physically and should have gone to a meeting this morning and regret that I didn't

Almost all slide sorting and it is not perfect
Cleaned up in kitchen which is tidier and cleaner than it has been for a long time.
Read some helpful info on the web and prayed about it

I do feel a lot better this evening. I think that my low mood was largely illness, wanting to get on with things and blaming myself for not getting on with things.

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

1. Went to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

2. Went to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

3. Went to the 10 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

Things I will do today

1. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

2. Take shower

3. Get dressed

4. Eat brunch

5. Post and send out Al-Anon literature for today

6. Scan computer

7. Study Chapter 13-14 in the Textbook

8. Type my Thank You letter

9. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

10. Go to the 2:30 p.m. telephone CODA meeting

11. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

12. Wash clothes

13. Do numbers

14. Cook and eat dinner

15. Make bed

16. Wash dishes

17. Recycle

18. Take garbage out

19. Post and send out DA sharing
