Not coping well with the separation from my husband. Last night started falling into some bad habits, so as not to feel the pain. Today slept in, very sad and have not done much.
Grateful for the support of my son and friends.
It's a public holiday here today so had not planned on starting back to paid work today but wanted/need to get some other things done.
Just back from vacation and want to use tonight to get back in the groove:
*Unpack
*Enough groceries for dinner tonight and bfast/lunch tomorrow, shopping list for the rest of the week
*3 MH emails
*Work on fixing bike
Woke after nightmare, coughing and did not go to church and feel fed up about this
Done:
Up prayer and reflection
Replied to email and have problems with Hotmail - again
Studied French for a long time
Todo:
I am not sure I feel unhappy exhausted and fed up none of which are good reasons for not getting on with things and there is much that I want to do but not at the moment
