Learning a new skill

I am on a vacation right now.  My friend and I were talking about the things we would like to do in our lives... For so long, I have told myself I am a fake and a liar and someone who doesn't really want to do things, because I haven't been able to get up the motivation to do them...

When I was talking to my friend, I realized that there are certain dreams and aspirations of mine that I have literally been waiting YEARS to begin. And at times when I do take small steps towards them, they are SUCH small steps, which is okay, except then I stop.

Soon I will begin my last semester of school. I want to join a club, which I have not done my whole time there, out of fear.  I have wanted to join a club since I started school four years ago.

I need help, and I guess this is the place to get it.

I also want to learn some new skills and do some things I have been wanting to do related to art and gardening... I am so grateful that this place is here to help me.

Thank you.
