get veggie garden planted:

 

  • rake and water again
  • dig in more compost
  • plan on paper
  • plant seedlings
  • plant seeds

build new compost bin

  • saw up old boards
  • figure out a way to anchor
  • build it around existing pile
  • dig in manure and latest clippings

plant two aspen trees

  • keep watered
  • dig up 2' deep
  • line with flagstone or buy clay tree rings
  • mulch
  • water

plant rose bushes

  •  get rid of old plastic pots - take to churc
  • h for mother's day plant sale?
  • dig up some sites in front yard, fill w compost
  • plant bushes
