Help Morning Telephone Check In

Help, I was up at 6:30 am for the check in and could not emotionally face myself and my issues. Was not able to :show uop" on the phone, even though I wanted to, did not feel "safe". Don't know what to do about it. I am a morning person. I was terrified about making the call. Sorry.

((VIC))

I can relate so much. Some times if I don't feel safe to share on a phone meeting, I just listen. Is this a possibility here? Just being on a phone call & listening is service and recovery for me...

(Hope)

Thanks Hope, are we allowed to just listen? I can do that, I do have recovery in "showing up"

I will "break it down and visualize" today and try to listen and listen tommorrow  and at least have something in my head if I am too scared to talk. I know it sounds rediculous but I am

afraid I will be asked to do something I can't do.

YAY for showing up!

Hi Vic,

I've never been on these calls, so I'm not sure what they are. Can you fill me in? But I don't think it's every required to share if we don't want to, no matter what the cirumstances.

No, not ridiculous, Vic, at all - as I don't know about these calls, can someone ask something of you? Please fill me in.

Kind regards.
