Barbarino, in case you didn't catch my message, I'm very grateful for your feedback about my site!!
Didn't make it into work again. I hope they will fire me. I got a really important revelation about my relationship with my husband and I'm so grateful for it.
Yesterday I was a cleaning demon }) in my kitchen, (laundry)now I'm burnt out and want to sit in front of the tv and computer. I'm very angry with myself that I'm not doing p.t. leading to working out. Grateful I have this site to come to - to share this.
Haven't been able to look at my website..it's up and I'm scared.
My girl's still sick, I'm up with her every night. We're with a new Dr. and new plan and I'm feeling discouraged that this is still continuing and she is still suffering.
Today:
-finish laundry
-clean kitchen floor
-
cook-go to meetings
-write up blurb to put on "pets" in craigslist..UGH
Have a blessed day, everyone!!

Starting anew, showing up.DONE! Going to do some bookkeeping NOT DONE! until
boss calls to discuss projectsDONE!- I need toaccompany J to an important dr appt at 3, DONE!andmeet friends at 4 to drive to another town for a birthday party.DONE!Actually realising as I type this, that I need to
be proactive about whether or not I need to prep for a conf call today. DONE!Can't remember, so much has happened since I last focused on that project!Going to check notes now. DONE! ADDED: several phone calls, email, set up conf call and meetings for tomorrow. DONE!checkout: I stalled the bookkeeping again in favor of rearranging my office to create better work space. Even though the result is that I now enjoy a much improved workspace, I believe I was stalling on the unpleasant task of bookkeeping. Step 10 prayer: God forgive me and show me how to do better tomorrow. Thank you, amen.
Thanks for being here, friends!

Thank you chickadee for starting the thread an for the thought which speaks to me today.
Done:
Up and got things ready for visit from Landlords workers
Waited around and fretted not wanting to start anything despite the fact they were not coming until the afternoon
Took some things out of the cupboard and from the bookcases to repack and made a mess
Moved things so the workers could get at what they wanted and made another mess
Sent several important emails some of which I had been putting off
Wrote up needs and wants list and journal
Was polite to workers and they did a good job
Rested after they had been and now posting this
Checked dates for therapy and exhibitions and 12 step committments and put all in diary
Todo:
Tidy up now workers have left
and whatever else
Regards Rexroth
Rexroth Update
Done:
Rested I was and am incredibly tired
Kept checking emails for one from solicitor which has not come and won't come today now
Tidyied up a lot
Todo:
Keep tidying and sorting
Note:
I bought some goods early last December and they were defective and I put off emailing the people to ask them to replace them and I have no idea why. Today I emailed them and I had an email by return asking me to send they back by freepost and they will replace them.
So why have I spent weeks worrying about what they might have done and taking no action myself?
Regards Rexroth
Making a new start
I was exceptionally late to work this morning because I got lost poking around the etsy site. I did, however get up on time, wash the dishes, etc etc. so I can check a lot of routine things as being accomplished.
At work:
Thanks for the encouraging quotes Chickadee. They are very helpful. Being hard on myself is one of the things that is causing me to procrastinate/avoid. When I realise I haven't done things I stress myself out.
So I am going to start today by forgiving myself for the etsy "trip" and telling myself that I can start again.
Good for you Inkling!! Great work!!

Journey 9 am &
Thanks Chickadee, I needed that thought this morning!
Yesterday was a very blah day and I didn't get much done. I'm feeling rested this morning though, and ready to "get up and get back in the race".
I have been to the gym, read email, and checked my calendar. Now I'm going to make a todo list, have quiet time, and get to work!
Jo
UPDATE 10:45 *whew* two back to back meetings this morning! I still haven't made my todo list but at least have started the day off right with getting right to work, although it wasn't by choice!
Bio & coffee break, then quiet time and todo list.
Update 5 pm wow this has been a day full of meetings, the good news is no time to procrastinate. I made my todo list, worked on the first item, then had Toastmasters, then got called into another meeting unexpectedly. Drifted for about half an hour after that meeting, but we'll call that lunch break. So although I have not done what I had planned, I have been working steadily all day, and I feel good. I'm going to work another half hour, I'm still on the first task on my list but it's the MIT (most important task) so that's ok.
