What's an MIT?

I've seen it on the check-in/bookend forum a lot. What does it mean?


I've just begun to adopt the MIT philosophy and I am encouraged by it. Learn more at the Zen Habits blog or download the e-book Zen to Done. It draws from David Allen's Getting Things Done philosophy but it presents a more tangible structure and, as such, seems far less overwhelming.
