N's Check In

Okay.  I have been procrastinating.  Doing "good" things, like answering emails, but procrastinating nonetheless on today's commitments:

5 hours disseratation work
get to the new gym and do a work out and a stretch

Thank you all for being here.

I'm off to do a little meditation and to try to reorient myself.  And I also may have a snack.

My (late) CI

It's now 11:11am EST -- I'm kind of mad at myself and disapointed -- had a morning routine and then my First task steps written out, they were to start at 9:30am -- but just started reading procrast and time management help web sites which I often do as an escape/procrastination in itself.  Severe professional damage from ~ years of this.  I do feel good just writing this here though -- I appologize for my complaining.

I'll get to it, it's now 11:25am:

1) Read legal/medical bill document and determine the options it explains by 12 Noon.

2) Check the 2 dates of the services and see if qualified for A. by 12:30pm

3) Call legal S. to determine elig. by 1pm

4)  Decide on best action I can determine by 2pm today.

I sincerely thank those of you who read this post -- I accomplish the above to the best I can and not make it any more major than it is.  Thank you, thank you,  D.

pro's check-in - 8am

Good morning. I got up a little later this morning than usual. I want to get to work on time, though - if possible. If I get there early I can leave at a reasonable hour.

I'm looking forward to the weekend.
