Got sidetracked last week by watching my grandson during Fall break.
Surprise: I got MORE done. I think it was because I was having fun,
and time with him is nourishing to my spirit.
The Lesson :
Schedule some time outside, don't let this beautiful fall season pass
you by. Don't make it a reward for doing items on your list. Do it
because it "refills your gas". It will make it EASIER to do stuff on your
list.
Yeah, I'm not bossy, just learned a hard lesson from almost working
myself to death the first six months of this year (literally)! My body
rebelled, then I couldn't do anything. Not to get all "Oprah" on youse
guys, but I plan to put more "bubble-baths" on my to-do list!
