DAILY CHECK-INS

This is a Zoom check-in room with a 12-step format, formal check-in times, and the option to participate in 30 minute "activity bursts" with verbal check-ins. The meeting times are as follows:

11am ET US: 15 minute opening meeting with prayers and commitments

Parallel Work / Body Doubling

Many of us have ADHD – severe procrastination is a problem in 96% of adults with ADHD. Body Doubling (working in the presence of others, even when the other people are doing something else and you’re not interacting – has been shown to be very helpful to people with ADHD. There is an excellent Web site at BodyDoubling.com that offers body doubling on many platforms. The one that I think works best (and that I use daily) is on Discord. This is the link to join:
