Had a relapse of sorts into my codependent behavior. Was miserable all day yesterday and obnoxious to family members, and upset with my new relationship. This morning I spoke to 3 people to make amends. I am somewhat discombobulated today as a result of my emotional mayhem. But I watched a few sermons, read my Bible to catch up on a few days' worth, and had breakfast. I don't have much time for work today even though it should be a priority because I'm seeing my significant other in a few hours and then later tonight. But I need that so I'm just going to squeeze in work where I can today.
1. Finish the rest of Bible readings.
2. Write
3. Stretch/Shower/Dress/Makeup AND Water/Supplements
4. Leave around 1-2pm
5. Short grocery run
6. Short step wkbk
7. Type lead sheets

I had a very relaxing day yesterday, one of those hot hazy summer days where you just chillax all day. It seemed boring at the time, but it must have been good for me because I feel refreshed and energetic today. Remind me to do that more often!
I signed up for Leo Babauta's Unprocrastination course, which I would recommend except his site has been down since yesterday morning. It's $20.00 a month, which seems expensive but we shall see. We're supposed to choose the Most Important Thing each day, and also be mindful of each time we feel the desire to procrastinate, so I'll try to do those things today. There was also a meditation course and a healthy eating course, and the material for those courses are still available once you join. I'll let you know how it goes . . . assuming the site ever comes back up. Perhaps he's affected by the mid-Atlantic power outages, or the fires out west . . . I think he's in California. OK, I am rambling, time to get to work.
I'm in the office today so I will do my todo list on paper and check back here if I get stuck, which is quite likely since the office is still in holiday mode and not many people are here today.
