experiment with some heartmind technique from HB or Dr. E. (tried writing a stone-skipping VPA, quite cheering)
attend 10:00 meeting and take notes
prioritize
eat and take prescriptions and supplements
make a pass through job email
assess laundry: have needed for today/tonight?
shower, wash hair, dress, shevel, and tape hand
do at least 6 15-minute bursts on A or T assignments, and note progress here:
gather to-takes and leave for 5:30pm Dr. F appointment by 5:15pm
cook vegetable soup
do an ABCDEF write-up
do QG and Dr. P's exercises
move my surroundings toward a more beautiful equilibrium (at least a 10-minute burst)
take bedtime Rx, and aim for lights out and sound off by midnight

Good morning fellow avoiders.
In a good mood today so far. Today my main goal is to get writing done, but this time to try to keep to some sort of schedule. I will try again to use my UA timesheet to do this. I do not expect perfection on this in any way, shape or form! I'm just going to try to use the tool again.
Progress so far: I have written 2 assign. this week, which far exceeds the 0 of the past few months.
Tasks for today/tonight:
*attend UA meeting*PA chatbox check-ins & quick social media glances @ 1/2 hour total
*Write 6 assignments @ 7.5 hours total (1.25 hours each)
*Read Bible, prayer/focus @ 1 hour total
*DVD workouts+stretch @ 1 hour total
*Steps workbook @ 15 min. total
*Music @ 15 min. total
*Call friend @ 15 min. total
*Pay bills @ 15 min. total
*Meals/water/supplements:
@ Lunch 30 min,Dinner 30 min*Relax, read, watch shows @ 1 hour total
TOTAL 13.25 HOURS starting 1:30pm, ending 2:45am, bedtime 3:00am

I'm feeling really distracted now.
Today, I need to:
Finish ESC counts (working on this now)
Email about probes (will do this soon)
Look at slides, take notes, update wiki, make next-steps plan
Plan for mtg w/ adviser, go to mtg, take notes
Make plans with AG for tomorrow
If I get time, I would also like to fiddle with the new microscope and see howit works with focusing/moving/taking panoramic images.
